Cheney got out of military service with an anal fistula. I looked this up in a medical encyclopedia. It says it is usually caused by anal intercourse.

An anal fistula usually results from an injury to the tissue lining the anal canal or an infection in that area. It may occur as a result of:
a.. constipation causing injury b.. infection in the crypts (crevices) glands lining the anal canal c.. Crohn's disease, a chronic inflammation of the intestines d.. cancer of the large intestine (very rare).
I hate the Bush admin as much as the next but sometimes your methods and misinformation are deplorable..BTW whats it to you, you are a canadian???
