Weren't the documents that were presented as proof of the allegations proved to be forgeries? I'm not defending Galloway, (the man is an ass) but if the documents are in fact forgeries, Galloway is going to be a very rich man if/when he wins his suit.

The ones the Christian Science Monitor used were forgeries. The other paper, I forget which, is sticking by it's story. As well, Galloway was one of the 270 names mentioned in the oil for palaces scam

George Galloway was awarded substantial damages against the Christian Science Monitor in an out of court settlement. He is now setting his sights on the Telegraph, which is not unreasonable considering the same journalist David Blair worked for both newspapers. The difference being the CSM had the good grace to admit it was wrong whereas the Telegraph tried to make the shit stick but will now pay big-time for their arrogance.
