While O'Neill's other statements cannot be easily dismissed, and you are incapable of understanding such a thing, the best WMD information is highly classified and is kept from people as a matter of policy (information, sources, and methods should not be compromised) and only revealed on a need-to-know basis.

National Security Council It is the foremost body of review to consider matters of National Security. Look it up! It the body that Rice heads up! If he didn't have access then Bush is probably up to some criminal secrecy! You can't spin out of this one. Bush is not the hero you think he is. The emperor is naked! The problem is that nobody knew the details of Iraqi WMDs. Not Bush, Cheny, Rumsfeld or anyone else inthe administration. The last thing they wanted to hear was that Iraq posed no credible threat. Nevertheless they were prepared to make policy based on their ignorance. They have also made a great deal of money and a lot of corpses.
