By the way; Congress needs to be held responsible too. They turned a blind eye to these lies and exaggerations. They are the Branch of government who has oversight of the Executive Branch and thus far, Congress has done NOTHING to bring our troops home, or to hold the President accountable. Throw Congress out too!

That's not most

I've alway assumed 'Most' is a synonym for 'Majority'. Or the 'highest number'. In either case 'slightly over half' of a group easily suffices as 'most' IMO.
