Most sitting presidents have numerous suits filed against them, or their administration during their term. Clinton had 320 suits against him at the end of his term, and Janet Reno had over 700. 99.99% of these suits are consigned to the legal dustbin, the ones that actually do make it to a trial, are almost invariably dismissed. So, while I've been stringing you along a bit to hear you whine, it wouldn't surprise me a bit to know that such a suit exists. What does surprise me is that you actually believe that such a lawsuit would ever see the light of day, or the inside of a courtroom. The suit is somebodies idea of a symbolic gesture, no more, no less.

I had a similar battle with FrOD, (HOD) and eventually I kill-filed him simply for the fact that he wouldn't even give in to the existence of the damn thing. It was ridiculous.....
