Something Amiss at the Natl Committee on Terrorist Attacks Upon the U.S.?

Listen, I knew that something would be amiss at the National Committee on Terrorist Attacks Upon the U.S. from the get-go when sleazeball Henry Kissinger (accused of planning the assassinations of others) was chosen to head up the committee. Then my projection was confirmed when bobble-head bozo Thomas Kean ultimately was appointed as the head.

Columnist Bob Braun in yesterday's _Newark Star Ledger_ wrote:

'His [Kean'] performance as head of the commission investigating the 9/11 catastrophe is troubling...

'It's not a political compromise over the blame for 9/11...

'Truth - if we're talking a comprehensive collection of proven facts meaningfully assembled in context - WON'T come from compromise. How do you compromise? By revealing just some facts? Compromised truth is just another word for a lie...'

Braun then reports on the numerous deals made by Kean with the White House. Kean seems to have backed down at every point.

Braun states: 'With few exceptions, the public hearings that were held have been pedantic lectures, self-serving justifications, silly theatrics starring among others, folks selling their books, and just plain missed chances.

'Here's an example: Last May, former FAA Administrator Jane Garvey was asked why her agency did not notify NORAD - the military - about a plane off course in time for it to be intercepted before it hit the Pentagon and killed nearly 200 people. Under questioning by Richard Ben-Veniste, a former Watergate prosecutor, she unraveled, confusing flights, and admitting she did not know what happened, didn't have her notes.

'Kean promised she'd be back for further questioning. Well, last month, she was, and the commission did not ask one question about that fatal delay. NOT ONE!

'Another compromise. Another missed chance to find the truth.'

What bothers me is why a committee whose primary purpose is to investigate intelligence failings would feel compelled to play an [alleged] tape recording of flight attendant Betty Ong's telephone call from doomed flight AA11. Not only that, but they brought in the [alleged] recipient of that call and two of Ong's close relatives, apparently to lend an air of legitimacy to that tape recording.

Well, it seems to me that the purpose of the Committee has shifted its purpose, that is, shifted to lending its support to the government's official line about what really happened on 9/11, a line which happens to be totally implausible.

In other words, the Committee has joined the conspiracy, at least inasmuch as there is a cover-up conspiracy.

False premise. Why can't people see through things? ARABS DID NOT PULL OFF THE HIJACKINGS THAT RESULTED IN BUILDINGS BEING STRUCK ON 9/11.

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! There's this irregularity, followed by that questionable circumstance, followed by that feeble cover-up, folllowed by that quashed investigation followed by the next, and the next and the next irregularity. Come on! It all adds up to conspiracy. Why are so many people in denial about a 9/11 conspiracy as if such a thing couldn't possibly be? Why, there have been many, many government conspiracies and cover-ups throughout history. Here we have the most notorious one.

Name 3. Especially 3 involving nearly this many folks with such dire consequences. Then explain how if they were covered up, you know about them.

That's the thing, we DON'T know what they are or who is involved. All we know is that every big event has a conspiracy behind it. In fact, the conspiracy controls all our thoughts and actions via brainwave transmitting computers. I have no control over what I am writing now, it is being written for me by somebody in a secret control center.
