If you think you have a case, sue. That's what libel laws are for.

Defamation is also covered under these laws. If you think you have a case, sue.

Except that no-one believes that.

If you really thought had a case, you'd sue. You don't have a case, and so all you're going to do is sit there and whine and cry on Usenet. Pathetic.

Of course, he does not mention atht he INVITED me to his hometown, and my only purpose in going there was to meet with the local police and the District Attorney.

They already know ALL about Mr. Bradbury. I didn't need to say anything.

Then do it, if you have the proof. Obviously, you have nothing that means anything to legal authorities. You don't have a case, and you know it.

Because, of course, you'd lose, since you *have no case and know it*.

Yes, you did. How can a person 'MAKE YOUR SAME ACCUSATIONS TO MY FACE IN FRONT OF A JURY OF MY PEERS AT MY COURTHOUSE IN MY JURISDICTION' if they don't come to your town?

You won't sue because you know you have no case. You can't get a perjury action because you cannot convince any attorney or prosecutor that you have a case, and you know it.

You have nothing but futile, pathetic rants.
